General

  • What geographic areas do you cover?
    We are based in Woodstock, Oxfordshire and mainly cover the surrounding towns and villages. However, we can and do travel further afield if and when the need arises.
  • What licenses and insurance cover do you have?
    We have a Dog Boarding License as required by the County Council as part of our pet care package and full public and employer liability insurance.
  • What are your charges?
    We strive to offer a tailored service for each of our customers. Prices will therefore vary depending on individual requirements however, we consistently provide best value for money.
  • How can payment be made?
    We send out our VAT inclusive invoices at the end of each month with payment to be made within 10 days online by BACS transfer or by cheque.

 

Cleaning

  • What if something gets broken when my home is cleaned?
    We treat your home with the absolute care. But if something is damaged or broken we will leave a note and will contact you as soon as possible. We will make every effort to have the item replaced if it cannot be repaired.
  • Do we ask our customers to enter into a contract?
    No. We earn and retain our customer loyalty through our delivery of a high quality service.
  • Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and supplies?
    No. Mellow Yellow will provide all cleaning equipment and supplies required. If you prefer, you can always supply instead, provided these meet health and safety requirements.

 

Pet Care

  • What pet care services do you offer?
    We love the pets we work with. Typically we provide dog walking, home boarding for dogs, cat feeding/sitting, house sitting, but have also looked after chinchillas, reptiles, tortoises, chickens etc. – all pets are most welcome!
